1. Each person booking a game on www.roomescape.pl or by phone is required to familiarize themselves with the following set of rules and make sure each member of their group knows them as well.

2. During the game in Room Escape Warsaw the players are required to abide the following terms and conditions as well as any guidelines coming from the employees.

3. Booking:

3.1 One can book a room by:

  • filling out the form on our website (www.roomescape.pl),
  • call +48 503 966 012, + 48 500 351 342, +48 22 118 30 62
  • send an e-mail biuro@roomescape.pl
  • or in person at our 3 locations:
    • Waryńskiego Street 9 in Śródmieście District (entrance through the gate from Śniadeckich street 1/15),
    • Inżynierska Street 1 in Praga District
    • Marszałkowska Street 140 in the Centre

3.2 While making a reservation, please enclose the following information:

a) number of participants

b) name of the selected room

c) date and time of the booking

d) language of the game (Polish or English)

e) phone number

f) email address

g) means of payment

h) special requirements (e.g. invoice).

3.3 Bookings made online must be confirmed by clicking the link sent in your confirmation email.

Note: Even unconfirmed reservations remain in the system if they are not cancelled.

3.4 The reservation can be cancelled by clicking the link in the confirmation email, by  phone or in person.

3.5 On the day of the game or the day before the game one of the Room Escape Warsaw employees can call the number listed in the booking in order to confirm the reservation.

3.6 Failure to confirm the reservation via email or phone and/or providing an incorrect phone number may result in a cancellation of the booking.

4. The Game:

4.1 The Game is played  in one of nine rooms: The Basement, Indiana or The Laboratory at Waryńskiego Street 9 in Śródmieście District (entrance through the gate from Śniadeckich street 1/15), Time Machine, Medieval, Museum at Inżynierska Street 1 in Praga District, Olympus, Musketeers, Interactive at Marszałkowska Street 140 in the Centre.

4.2 If any of the participants are 13 or younger and there is no adult guardian with them you should notify our employees. It is possible that help of an animator might be required during the game. Our employees should also be notified about any participants with disabilities.

4.3 The number of participants of the game is between 2 and 5. There are no exceptions to this rule.

4.4 The game lasts 60 minutes. However, you should reserve about 90 minutes for the game, the introduction, the introductory film, toilet, organizational issues and taking a souvenir photo.

4.5 Playing the game under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Room Escape Warsaw employees have the right to refuse the entrance to the group if any of the participants have disobeyed this rule.

4.6 The use of mobile phones or other electronical devices in the rooms is strictly prohibited. The participants are required to leave their mobile phones and other devices in the lockers or under the care of Room Escape employees. If our staff notice any of the participants using mobile phones or cameras in the rooms they are can take away the device, ask the person using it to leave the room or stop the game for all participants.

4.7 The players should come to Room Escape Warsaw exactly at the time they booked. There is no need to come earlier. Room Escape Warsaw Employees have the right not to admit a group that was late more than 15 minutes.

5. Safety

5.1 There is an emergency button (Panic Button in each of the rooms. It opens the door automatically.

5.2 In every room one can find elements with a so-called “danger sticker” (picture of a skull) on them. They are not to be played with and they do not participate in the game.

5.3 People suffering from epilepsy should contact the staff of Room Escape Warsaw before starting the game.

5.4 Failure to comply with the above rules and / or directions of the Room Escape Warsaw employees may result in the end of the game. The employees have the right to finish the game and ask the players to leave. In this case, the participants are not entitled to a refund.

5.5 Room Escape Warsaw is not liable for any damage to property or person caused by the participants.

5.6 Any issues not mentioned above are to be solved according to the Civil Code.

5.7 All participants take part in the game on their own responsibility.

5.8 Participants are not to obstruct and interfere with the games of other groups playing in Room Escape Warsaw.

6. Payment

6.1 The payment in Room Escape Warsaw can  be made only in cash in PLN or Euro or with the Gift Voucher.

6.2 The cost of the game is 180 PLN on weekdays after 3.00 PM, on weekends and holidays (also Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) or 150 PLN on weekdays before 3.00 PM.

6.3 The payment must be made before the start of the game.

7. Vouchers

7.1 There are two types of vouchers:

  • A STANDARD Gift Voucher entitles to one game in Room Escape Warsaw in any of the rooms,
  • A VIP Gift Voucher entitles to one game in Room Escape Warsaw in any of the rooms and an additional gift for one person.

7.2 The Voucher can be purchased at the headquarters of Room Escape Warsaw. The cost of the STANDARD Voucher is 180 PLN, of the VIP Voucher is 199 PLN.

7.3 A Gift Voucher remains valid for three months from the date of purchase.

7.4 In order to use the Voucher please make the reservation on the website and choose “Voucher” as the means of payment.

8. Personal data

8.1 When booking an escape room through the service, you must provide your personal details necessary to complete the order, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. When booking a voucher by courier or traditional mail, you also provide us with your address. In the case of an invoice request, we also receive personal information from you. By making a reservation in our system, you automatically agree to their processing for the purpose of booking and for marketing purposes related to Room Escape Warsaw®.
